Professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining
This is an absolute must-do if you’re in Maui. The staff at Air Maui, and our pilot, Cameron, were fantastic. Having been to Maui in the past and never choosing to do a helicopter tour, I want to kick myself because I now understand why so many think of this as required when you visit.
New View Of Maui
Great experience. Cameron was a pro. Unobstructed views were spectacular. We thought we had seen Maui…not. Once in a lifetime trip that was well worth the money.
Wow!!!
What a great experience! Yes not cheap but worth every penny. It was our first flight, therefore also Door ON flight is already cool. Our Captain, Captain Kirk was an experienced, fun Pilot which provided many additional insights and kept us entertained the full flight – he even spotted a wale. And the landscapes and the beauty is simply amazing.

Awesome experience – beautiful and awe inspiring views. Pilot Nathan was awesome – calm with a voice meant for the radio but felt so professional to hear about history or the land below us!
We had to be rebooked initially because of weather but got an awesome day with prompt rebook. One caveat is that our young kid experienced motion sickness at end of flight – that said staff were super kind about it. Would keep that in mind for anyone with that tendency.
A must for anyone visiting the island.
Great for all ages
Our family had a great time on this flight. The pilot was knowledgeable and also got our blood moving with his flying. We were fortunate to find a day when lack of cloud cover allowed us the view the entire West Maui Mountains. Whales were also seen from the air and the view gives a unique perspective to power of nature and volcanoes.
Don’t pass this up! Best experience ever!

Vincent, the pilet, was outstanding and the staff were super friendly.
We did doors off and in my opinion there’s no other way to do this excursion.

Epic helicopter tour
We had the most amazing experience, the pilot we had was so great, he was very personable and jovial, new all our names with in minutes of the flight. He had been flying for 40 years and was very relaxed behind the controls, extremely knowledgeable of the area and offered many stories along the way.

Amazing!
Kurt our Pilot was amazing. We saw multiple Islands in 45 minutes. He was very competent and funny and made us have the best time. Totally worth it.
Maui Helicopter Tour
Very professional process and communication re our tour. Then tour (our first helicopter flight) exceeded expectations…our pilot was great including music he weaved into tour and his comments…views over Maui and Molokai were incredible from helicopter ! Video (very reasonable cost) of flight also is great souvenir!
Great experience
Thrilling ride, beautiful vistas, excellent customer service, friendly staff, went like clockwork. Loved the expressions on our teens’ faces during their first helicopter flight. Great photos. Our pilot Cameron was awesome.

Amazing experience
Our pilot, Dylan, was great. We saw sights you could only imagine along the coast and valleys from Maui to Molokai, from beaches to waterfalls to sheer cliffs. The team on deck was very professional and pleasant. We highly recommend it.

I am so happy my partner and I decided to do this because it was absolutely and amazing experience! I sat on the outer seat on the doors off helicopter and it was incredible. VERY windy! The views are incredible. Richie was our pilot and he had lots of “dad jokes” and facts about the island to share.
